Privacy

GreenMotion is a one-person studio in Toronto. This page says exactly what happens to your information when you contact us. It is short because we do very little with it.
The whole of it: we collect what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to reply to you and build the sample you asked for, we store it in our own private storage, and we never sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the enquiry form:
- your name
- your email address
- the club, course or brokerage you're with
- what you're after, and anything you write in the message field
- the date and time the enquiry arrived
We do not ask for payment details on this site, and there is nowhere on it to enter them.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to build the free sample if you asked for one, and to carry on that conversation. That is the entire purpose. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are delivered to private object storage operated by Cloudflare, accessible only to GreenMotion. The site itself is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the page and block abuse. Cloudflare may set a security cookie for that purpose.
Tracking
There are no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no pixels and no third-party scripts on this site beyond Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces. We do not know who you are until you write to us.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, trade or share enquiry information with anyone, and there is no mailing list to be added to. We would disclose information only if required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Send that request through the enquiry form and we will action it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Samples and footage
Our previews are produced digitally — nothing is filmed, and no crew or drone attends your property. If you send us listing photos or course material to work from, we use them only to build your deliverable, and we do not publish anything identifiable as your property on this site without your written permission.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
